Quem Somos

Nossa missão é promover o acesso a tencologia e conhecimentos sobre como usar tecnologias dentro da área da cultura e das artes.

Nossa história

Somos uma iniciativa que une cultura e tecnologia, que começou a se formar em 2019, com o entendimento de que a tecnologia sempre esteve sendo usada por artistas e pessoas que fazem cultura, mas muitas vezes sem entender muito sobre.

Também percebemos que a tecnologia estava evoluindo muito rápido, e novas e diferentes formas de fazer e divulgar cultura estavam aparecendo.

Com a pandemia ficou mais evidente que era preciso falar de tecnologias voltadas para a cultura.

Seja no uso de plataformas para fazer lives, aprender a divulgar nas redes, ou usar tecnologias de registro como drones e webcams.

Entre 2020 e o inicio de 2022 tivemos uma forte onda com a tecnologia do metaverso, onda que foi superada a partir de 2023 pela atual onda de IA.

Com a IA estamos vendo mudanças e novidades na área da música, produção audiovisual, design e artes plásticas no geral, e isso é só o começo e parte de um todo.

Mesmo com alguns temas tendo esfriado, pessoas continuam experimentando e criando com tecnologias já consolidadas ou ainda consideradas controversas como NFT, Metaverso, IA's generativas, Impressão 3D, Eletrônica.

Em 2022 conseguimos acessar recursos através da 7ª Edição do Fomento a Cultura das Periferias da Secretaria Municipal de Cultura da Cidade de São Paulo, uma politica pública construída através do trabalho de grupos culturais da cidade de São Paulo.

E através desse fomento conseguimos acessar equipamentos que normalmente nao estão acessíveis nas periferias, e foi um processo muito interessante. mas queremos mais.
Desde antes, mas principalmente depois desse processo entendemos que precisamos ter nas periferias mais impressoras 3D, mais óculos de realidade virtual, kits diversos de robótica, espaços para testar tudo isso, e principalmente recursos financeiros para poder dedicar tempo, adquirir equipamentos e conhecimento e poder trocar experiências entre nós.

E é com esse entedimento que vamos continuar nosso trabalho no futuro.
